Material supply and demand are coordinated through information dispatching managed by a central control room.

Production process
1. The vehicle body itself is made of high-strength materials such as premium steel and aluminum alloy, ensuring the product’s stability and durability.
2. The cutting process is performed using fully automatic, high-precision cutting equipment; welding is carried out using fully automatic welding robots imported from Japan. This method ensures high welding efficiency, strong joint strength, and aesthetically pleasing weld seams. 3. The fully automatic coating line applies a single-layer coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and wear resistance.
3. Using assembly-line operations, we efficiently and with high quality complete the assembly process, followed by rigorous quality inspection and testing to ensure that our products meet relevant standards and requirements.
4. The small cart uses PP boards with mortise-and-tenon joints and fleece-lined protective fabric; the partitions can be customized according to the size of the components.
