Product Design Philosophy
The intelligent following robot (also known as the follower cart) leverages artificial intelligence technologies—including wireless-based spatial perception, real-time positioning systems, motion control algorithms, and multi-sensor fusion—to enable hands-free, low-speed autonomous driving of the cart simply by wearing a handheld device. By default, the robot maintains a following distance of 1 to 7 meters; if the distance exceeds 7 meters (adjustable), a loss-of-connection alarm is triggered. Within a range of 1 meter, the cart will automatically come to a stop, allowing personnel to work freely in this area. Meanwhile, during operation, the robot can intelligently detect and avoid obstacles, ensuring safe and smart cart performance.

Note: The values of 0.6M and 10M are theoretical figures obtained under the condition that the host and the remote control (slave unit) are aligned directly facing each other with no obstructions. In actual field use, various factors may introduce some degree of error, but this will not affect normal operation!
Feature Introduction

①: Previous communication base station: This component is the vehicle’s communication module. During use, be sure not to cover this area with metal objects or other foreign materials.
②: Rear Communication Base Station: This component is the vehicle’s communication module. During use, be sure not to cover this area with metal objects or other foreign materials.
③: Emergency Brake Button: Press to activate the emergency brake; rotate in the direction indicated by the button to release the emergency brake.
④: Manual Drive Button: When the vehicle is in non-braking mode, pressing this button will switch the vehicle into manual mode.
⑤: Rear-wheel follow-up button: When the vehicle is not in brake mode, pressing this button will activate rear-wheel follow-up mode.
⑥: Charging Port: Simply rotate the cover on the surface to open the charging port, then plug in the charger to start charging. For safety reasons, please use the original factory charger.
⑦: Power switch: Press this button to turn off the device; press it again to turn it off.
⑧: Battery Level Indicator: Used to indicate the current battery status of the vehicle. Please recharge promptly when the battery level drops below 20%.
⑨: Clutch: Pull the clutch outward and rotate it to disengage the clutch. This function disconnects the connection between the motor and the wheel, making it convenient for users.
To engage, rotate in the opposite direction to activate the clutch.
