In 2022, we welcome the smooth convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is a very unusual, extraordinary and landmark 10 years in the development of the cause of the party and the state. We welcome the Beijing Winter Olympics and have witnessed many Shenzhou flights.

This year, pay plane faced unprecedented challenges and unprecedented test. We are involved in the completion of a number of automotive manufacturing supporting projects. For example, in-plant transfer equipment, SPS picking trolley, stamping self-made parts equipment, spare parts equipment and other items are designed, manufactured, constructed and delivered at the same time. Through long-term exploration, the above-mentioned types of products have mastered its core technology, with effective emergency response capabilities, the development of a standard production process and a sound after-sales service system. Although the performance has maintained steady growth, but due to the outbreak of repeated outbreaks and control, so that we have faced a number of production capacity, personnel double crisis. With the efforts of all colleagues, supplier partners and other parties, we finally defeated everything. At the same time, our customers have also given more tolerance and understanding. On behalf of the company, I would like to take this opportunity to thank partners such as BAIC, Geely, Great Wall, Jingdong Logistics, SF Express and Siemens Wuxi for their trust and support.

This year, we won the title of national "high-tech enterprise", which is the highest praise and encouragement for the level of scientific research, and it is also the result of the joint efforts of all researchers and colleagues. We have been adhering to the sustainable development strategy of scientific and technological innovation for a long time, and are committed to promoting the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing industry. The work of technology research and development and independent innovation has never stopped. At present, we have obtained 24 authorized utility model patents, 5 appearance patents, and 5 invention patents that have entered the trial stage.

This year, our international trade business has made new progress. At the end of October, I led a team on a chartered flight from the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for a six-day business visit to Japan. This was the first time I had gone abroad in three years since the outbreak of the epidemic. Significant, fruitful! During this period, we not only completed the establishment of the Tokyo office, but also held talks with a number of Japanese-funded enterprises and signed cooperation agreements with some enterprises, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up international trade.

This year, our public welfare activities were implemented, and the dream cabin renovation plan participated by Fu Ping was completed and delivered within the specified time, bringing a sense of gain, happiness, and security to the objects of care; the "Reading" initiated by Fu Ping Charity The "Grow with Me" program has donated more than 3000 books. We will continue to carry out a series of public welfare activities in the future, giving back to the society and warming others in our own way.

Looking back on the journey of Qian Shan, I am looking forward to the road ahead. In 2023, we will further deepen the reform of the management system, promote the business model of diversified product sales, and seek greater development space and the ability to resist market risks. Continue to optimize the departmental system, improve and revise reasonable and compliant rules and regulations, strengthen the care of grassroots colleagues, and increase efforts to improve existing problems. Thoroughly follow the employment policy of "those who are capable, those who are equal, and those who are mediocre", and dare to "show their swords" to all disharmonious forces ". Let everyone have a sense of achievement, a sense of belonging and a sense of honor. At the same time, we must adjust the structure, stabilize the foundation, continue to innovate, and firmly grasp and fight; we must tighten our belts to live and open a new era with "profit" as the primary goal! To optimize the production process and save production costs; product development and standards, quality as the primary goal. Responsibility to people, clear to things, implement, so that everything must have process, supervision and results.
