1. The applicant should have similar development projects and service experience within the past 3 years, and possess independent research and development capabilities. 3. The applicant must specify the scope of after-sales service and annual service fee for the project. 4. This bidding does not accept consortium applications. 5. The applicant shall not subcontract this project in any way. 6. Other requirements stipulated by laws and regulations.
